Research Interests
My research interests are primarily in information systems research, quantitative marketing and business economics. Specifically, my research addresses business related questions of the digital economy and, in particular, of online social networks and social media. Further research areas are pricing and sampling of (digital) products, consumers' intertemporal choice and discounting of future benefits as well as customers' brand and product switching behavior. Research Methods
Methodically my research is based on quantitative empirical modeling, applied econometrics, Bayesian modeling and social network analysis.
